This Site Performs an Important 3^rd Party Service That Should Help Enhance The Notion That Houses Are Managed Responsibly: One of the beliefs we have as a company is that this search site can help people seeking houses who need recovery housing. If we receive consistent or persistent complaints that a house is being mismanaged or run in a detrimental manner, we may remove that house from the website. Rees Networks is not obligated solely because a house has paid the annual membership fee to keep that house listed on our website. Rees Networks has the contractual right to remove any house from the site that we believe in our judgment may pose a danger to its residents, and we can do so without having to return any of the prorated “unused” portion of the annual site listing fees to that house (so there is no monetary conflict of interest or negative financial impact to the site when it comes to removing a “bad” house). We pledge that we will always try to enforce such actions on a best efforts basis, using our best judgment as a deciding factor.

SITE ORGANIZATION AND HOUSE  REPUTATIONS: Rees Networks has organized this site to allow for houses to state any affiliations, certifications, courses, licenses or kudos they may have earned and wish to explain in a section just for this purpose. In general, it would stand to reason that any manager who has taken instruction and /or received a special license or certification from an organization that requires certain parameters be satisfied to obtain such a certificate or license, is a manager making an extra effort to run a “good” house.

On the other hand, Rees Networks is aware of homes with no formal certifications or licenses that have outstanding reputations for running excellent facilities, so there is no single manner of searching that can guarantee one finds a “great” house. We highly recommend talking to treatment centers, counselors, and residents or ex-residents in a given area about a house you might be considering in order to get a good “read” on that house.

 The point is -- ask a lot of questions, ask around the community and do your due diligence.
